To protect your console from Nintendo ban of Custom Firmware (CFW), please do disable the following two options.

1. Go to System Settings, select “Internet Settings”, then “SpotPass”, then “Sending of System Information”
2. Disable the “Sending of System Information” option and exit System Settings
3. Go to your Friend List (the orange Face Icon in the top row of your Home Menu) - If you receive an error and are kicked out of the menu, the Friend List setting is either already disabled or your console cannot connect to Nintendo’s servers (due to a ban or connection issues)
4. Go to the Friend List settings, then “Friend Notification Settings”, disable “Show friends what you’re playing” and exit Friend list

   This is the best R4 card I have ever had the pleasure of using, it is functional on both my DSi (V1.4.5E) and 3DS (V11.6.0-39E) with the latest firmware and setting up the R4 kernel for the DSi is extremely quick, only taking a partially longer period of time for the 3DS if you want to install Luma3DS and Homebrew. (The bonus micro SD USB loader is great too.)
   The item was delivered within only 11 days of order, in complete working condition and with informative order emails, EU parcel delivery and tracking.
   The only main issue of the R4 card is that to switch between normal R4 functionality and NTRboot functionality for the 3DS, you must remove the physical shell of the flashcart, move the switch and reconnect the shell to the cart. This is not a very user-friendly method of utilising this device's pre-flashed boot data and I do wish that there was an external switch you could use to make this process much easier, however I do greatly appriciate that this R4 card even has pre-flashed NTRboot functionality in the first place.
   I would also recommend R4Wood to clearly detail the non-3DS compatability of the card in the item description, as I believe that the fact that this works so well on both the DS family and 3DS family of systems is a major selling point and the best aspect of it.
   In conclusion, this is a near-perfect R4 card only hindered slightly by the NTRboot function that requires a card autopsy. If you love playing DS and 3DS games, this is the R4 card to get.
   ( wow i actually did a full-on serious review, straight up. oh well whatever :p )
